Are you on NL? and your answer should be "no" because +2skill ammy are usually lvl 60+... so yeah it's probably bugged

So it's crafted (orange color)? but crafted as what? not "Hit Power", "Blood", "Caster" or "Safety" that I can tell.

Jackass88, thanks for that link too. Never seen some of that stuff before. I might need to start trying to craft my own stuff and see what I can come up with. Anybody know the odds of creating some of that godly stuff?

Yes, some can be legit but most are duped.

I'm sure it's legit, the duped ones are from 1.10 and they had 20fcr on them aswell.

No... The ones from 1.10 didnt have 20% fcr... Thats exactly the same as it was back in 1.10.. It probably is just a pic from 1.10.....
