Silkroad Online Pics!

Hey all, feel free to share your Silkroad Online pics here. I know not that many play, but those that do can share their pics and stuff, I know after seeing Maple Story pics I decided to try that game out, so who knows; maybe you will like the look of the game and want to try it out yourself. If you could, please use thumbnailed pics so it doesn't go and stretch out the forums; thanx.


1)Your basic character in the front/background shot. My dude is now 27.


2)If you die, you can either resurrect in the previously specified town, or you can have a character with the resurrect skill bring you back to life where you died. Someone just happened to have died where I died to, and overlapping occured:p


3)A whole bunch of Thieves (one of the 3 jobs available), 2 Hunters in the bottom right there.


4)This is what Berserker mode looks like; basically it can be activated with Tab when the bubbles in the top left are all pink and filled in. In this mode, basically you run faster and do more damage; meant to tank those tough mobs (or people if you are PvP'ing).


5)Basically any monster can have three types: Normal, Champion, and Giant (in order of toughness). The horse on the left is a Giant, the one on the right is a Normal; that gives you an idea of how big they are (many times people use Berserker mode for these dudes).


6)A close-up of a horses butt. Don't ask. Horses are a mode of transportation you can ride to travel around faster, they are summoned with a scroll, andonce you are finished riding it, you get off of it and it disappears; you must use another scroll if you want to ride it again then. These differ from other transportation that carry materials, which you can get off and get on over again.


7)This is basically what the inventory screen looks like; pretty simple and similar to many other inventory screens in other games.


8)A large part of this game is revolved around trading, so expect to see many of these stalls crowded all around towns.

Sure; back in December during the christmas holidays they had a Holiday Event, and you could find jewel boxes in the wild and exchange them with So-Ok to possible get one of several pieces of what was known as the Santa Set; basically gloves, hat, scarf, etc. This is kinda similar to the more recent Monster Mash event (which is over now) in the whole jewel box thing. You would then place your Santa Set item in the job slot (thats the slot at the bottom right, but i'm sure you prob already knew that). They had female and male santa set items, and if you made some combination of the items you could create the entire set to wear at once. The item I have there was a blue male scarf, and you can see my wear it in all of my pics that show my character. The only way anymore you would be able to get a santa set item new is buying it from someone.

i see, i also saw you could wear those army band thingy... but it doens't sound like a really good idea O.o. Thanks Jedi

Anyone got some godly pics of SOS and such ? just want to see how badass they are... my friend found an SOS Blade +5 with 12 crit in Xian, i'll try to get a picture up

that is a good game....im on lvl 2 i cant play it cause my video card isn't the right 1...
its like d2/runescape/Ragnarok combined. pretty neat huh?

and its 500 megs to download thats big and long
