the title of this thread should be "who will be the next superpower" not who SHOULD be....because it probably will not be canada, but we can only hope its someone as civilized and non-violent instead of a country like china

anyways... i voted for china. i believe that they have the greatest standing army in the world at the moment. also their economey is growing at an extremely rapid pace. growing so fast infact that theirs might overpower ours. just read Fortune 500... this isnt fiction, its fact

china is very violent. They have threatened to totally destroy (with nukes)taiwan if they attack the new buildings they are putting up in time for 2008.

china will be super power very soon, how many things aren't made in china?
