Getting droped cuz of loader?

Hey all i have a problem jus wondern if u guys would know why it is....

everytime i start a new acct i get a problem with d2 loader say that "We have a big problem"

Any1 know y of how to prevent this i run multiple d2 games with my loader also it just started happening and ive been running multiple d2's for about a month now.

If it's happening when you are changing acts, disable -ns.
