Maybe not very specific, but the large black spot and gereral area refer to a nose and muzzle. So my next guess is a dog of sorts.

wow this 1 is actully hard. who knew. none of those r right or even close. i think that the closest 1 would be terminator but thats still way off.
*hint* its a bad guy in some nintendo based games but not all. well sorta not in most of nintendo games. this pic is from a n64 game but i believe he was in other games wit worse graphics. i dont know if hes in gamecube since i never played 1 thats all the hints imma give for now

I cant recognise who it is,but to me it looks like some guy with a mask on,facing the screen with a gun in his left hand. A trick to this is to stand a little far away from your screen and for some reason it looks a lot clearer
