It's corrupt and unreadable, unless it's some huge file that MUST be deleted, just live with it. I'd say trying to right click and make sure "Archive" and "Read Only" are selected, that usually works for me when I'm unable to delete files.

Try right clicking on it, going to properties and playing with the checkboxes as Blind said, if that does'nt work:
Reboot your computer and as it starts up hit F8 (usually its f8 for safe mode) to get into safe mode, then try to delete it. If you can't figure out how to get into safe mode, computers differ so I'd have to be there to help.
You could also try running scan disk and try to delete it after, but there is only a small chance that will fix it.
Thats all I can think of.

Try booting your computer into safe mode and attempting to delete.
Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.
Once in safe mode, attempt to delete it.
There is also a small program called KillBox that can delete nearly anything. I can give you a link.

What version of Windows are you running?
If you are running Windows XP, go to 'My Computer' and right click on C: and click on properties; then, click on the 'Tools' tab; then click 'Check Now...'. In the 'Checking Disk System C:' window, check both of the boxes, then click 'Start'. It will tell you that you can't scan now 'cause Windows is running off of that drive, so just click 'Yes'. This will make Windows do a full CHKDSK next time you reboot. I reccomend you reboot now and get it over with. I'll take a while, but when it's done, try deleteing the file then.
If you are running Windows 98, you need to make a windows 98 start-up disk. To make one, go to the 'Controll Panel' in 'My Computer' and then open Add-Remove programs. Click on the Start-up Disk tab. follow the intruction in that window to create you start-up disk. Next, reboot you computer with your newly-created start-up disk in your A: drive, make sure your computer boots off of it. When it asks you if you want CD-ROM support, choose number 2, then wait 'till it finishes loading (it's done when you see A:\_). Now type:
SCANDISK C: /NOSAVE /AUTOFIX /SURFACE
then press [Enter].
When this is done, press pull the start-up disk out of your computer and press ATL-CTRL-DEL to restart your computer, then when windows has booted, try to delete the file again.
Hope this helps.
