D2jsp prob error 2

Hello, just put my bot that worked on my pc to my laptop, and now it wont work all i did was change the account settings, and the laptop doesn't have d2loader other than that it is all there. i press start and it loads than says error setprivileges failed error 2 and thats a second window comming up. not sure what the problem is, i read on this site and others saying it was my regesterey was dirty, and also read it was my defragement which im running now. i just wanted to confirm and see if this was the ONLY problem, if there is other reasons why this could be happening let me know, i am familar with the config settings so just let me know what has to be changed.
So far my bot has worked great, just found soj last night, and i get over 20 keys a day, thanks to everyones hard work for edditing this bot! thanks for the help in advance!

yup well make sure ya registory is cleaned .. and ya comps all deragmented and stuff, that alone mite fix it, if not make sure all your settings fit the laptop, as they may differ, eg your diablo directory path could be different.
