Hi, i would like to know why dont the guides tell you to max out charge for a smiter. I would think when dueling you will charge you opponent once to get close and start smiting. So shouldnt this initial charge be strong so you can take a chunk of life out of your oponent? And sometimes against casters dont you need to keep charging them because once you stop and try smiting they can tele away. Thankyou.
Ps and does adding 1 in RF RL and RC give 1 max resist to each resist per level?

Well if your making a SMITER then I would smite any character. Not keep charging at them even though they are a caster. If your a smiter.... you shouldnt use charge in a duel unless you need to get close to them. You should have at least 1 point into charge.

charging is used mainly to dysench (sp*) caster people so you can pretty much walk up to them and kill them. almost all of the pvp paly builds use it (hammerdin, smiter, zealers) and they might be of use against meele but i doubt it
charging will never catch a good caster pvp player anyway
