Is stings safe to use now? due to the bannings

well i think i got banned from stings plugin...it became a habit to see wat my pvp buddies were wearing so i could counter em^^

well i also used d2jsp.....but i have a question.

how does d2jsp get u banned? For the maphack thingy, doesnt it recognize the paterns around it cuz sometimes it says something from the map was missing and restarts the scripts (i think due to lag)

i just got banned usin stings and no d2jsp .. and ya its was cuz i used plugin so just use reveal act and i think u should be safe

i used stings with only reveal act and no plugins and i wasnt banned thank god i didnt have a bot so i spend most of my time on the game mfing/trading lucky me

you didnt get banned? hm well i knew something was up when the gmerc was gone so i stoped using bot right? but i still got banned. i guess blizz knew already before. but i also heard from people that didnt plugin and didnt use bot and still got banned.

ok, let me get this strait... if i use stings and look at other people gear i get baned? because i didnt get baned for using that b4 and with my stings i followed hunter's guide to set it up and it came up with mf % at bottom left of stats menu. so ur saying if i use my stings im going to be baned?

I have told people for a long time D2JSP and stings plugin where going to get them banned and Blizzard was just being lazy. Now that these mass bans started happening, they have started banning for D2JSP and Stings Maphack plugin. The injection of the DLL will get you banned now. It was always detectable, they just stopped being lazy recently.

Being lazy? You dont know what blizzard thinks you are not blizzard. Maybe they waited for months for people to keep using these hacks and suddenly less people started getting them and BAM! Started banage. If something says its detectable dont use it. Obviously you know now.

That's a good theory actually. Detectable does not mean banned though, there are hacks that are detectable but do not violate the rules (mods, D2Loader), but if someone is detectable and bannable (d2jsp, stings plugin) then you have a problem.

They did get what they deserved and they were warned, it is funny to see everyone bitching now though smartass2

Yes your right, talking about d2loader is a different kind of thing thou isnt it, because its not interfering with other peoples gameplay. I dont even consider this a hack at all.

stings is working fine for me, been using it 2 days no trouble at all, so i say its safe.

It's funny when the little kid's are like "OMGZORZ WTF I NO H4X0R" and make up fake story's to bnet hoping for their accounts and keys back, but as far as stings....just do what he advised everyone to do...USE REVEAL ACT
