Help with Sig PLZ!

I am in search of a sig, and I have no program to make my own, could some 1 make 1 for me plz? For any one that will help plz have it similar to my avatar in some way, and say DJ on it, thatnks to every one.

Well i got mine program from a friend i use Photoshop 7.0 and Paint shop Pro 6.0 and those work for me

I use an off brand program. Photo-xxxx...It really works good, plus, its free! I don't know where you could download it though.
