Socket white question

ok so i finally got a white zerker. now it can have 4os 5 os or 6os.. does anyone know weather nm or hell socket quest would be better to do it on to get 5os? Or perhaps would it be better to do the cube socket recipe?? Plz help.

its all completely random, the norm quest will give 1 socket, nm and hell are completely random from minimum ammount of sockets that item can have to the max it can have, so for a zerker u could get 1-6 sockets.

long as the item is found in hell it will get max sockets (6)

cube socket recipe can get any # of sockets

hmm well that would make sense on why 4os zerks and 5 os zerks are more rare then... thanks guys... oh btw i ended up with 6os

thnx for the link and info.. sorry to have asked just back in 1.09 i recall being able to use nm for one amount of sockets and hell for another... guess it is random.. i dunno

if you got 6 does that mean you went to larzek? try the recipe, then you get random sockets. if i recall though, you can't use superior items with the recipe.

larzuk gives max sockets the item can receive
