You can buy things, like a new user title, and a glowing username, like Nubli's. But I don't understand the whole banking facility yet.

I'll be removing the arcade awards under user title thats for sure! Screws the layout too much.

The bank is for you to convert your Points into money to buy the features like Glow Name etc
Everything shouldnt be sold out *shocked*...*goes and checks*

When you have enough points you can buy things. But you don't have to bank your points to do it.
