Poem: I Wish

I wish I could had been there.
At the day of your last breath.
To hold you in my arms
To let you know that everything was ok.

I wish I could had been there one last time
To comfort you as you laid there dying.
To let you know that it was ok to go to heaven.
I will try to help our family, like you did.

Now that you are gone, and past.
I wish you that could tell my how you did it.
How you made everything better.
How to fix all our families problems.

I wish I was strong like you.
Strong enough to end this trepidation.
Strong enough to stop the fighting.
I wish I was more like you.

I have to take your place.
No one else will.
I have to.
Im the only one who can.

No one else is fit to take the job.
Not every one is like us.
We can take the whole world on.
And still keep fighting.

I think I know how.
Il just be myself.
Just like you were.
Il just be kind..

I wish I could have been there.
