I can complain about how the cival war was a political scandal if you want, but I'll try to remain objective. You aren't upset about this. If they suspect that you are a terrorist, they can take you and hold you for years, maybe until you die. How do you feel about that? Really, it upsets me, I value my Constitutional rights.

Having said this I must add that terrorists were stopped in England recently that were planning to attack major U.S cities.They were caught in England and their plans revealed.This only occured because the CIA was working closely with Brittish Intelligence for some months channeling information gathered here.(The U.S)
Guess what??? It was wire taps that revealed these people.

It's not whether you think there is anything suspicious about you, it's if they think there is anything suspicious about you. You could be innocent, and someone makes a call saying they overheard you talking about planning a bomb threat or something and the FBI comes and snatches you up and you dissapear. How would you feel then?

obviously they would do some survalence on you before "snatching you up" and making "you dissapear"
