I must go on
After that dream
That dream that changed everything
It shattered my perception of love
Made it more than it was

I fought for myself
It came for me
I fought and fought for so long
My only reward was fleeting
Just more pain and despair

I found that I was blooded
Half dead
Looking for help
I went looking and found it
But it was far away
No hope of arrival

Than I saw you there
Walking away form my pain
Not knowing of what transpired
I yelled for you
But nothing came up
I ran and ran
Just to fall when you saw

I thought I must go on, I must go on
I wanted to tell you how I felt
Nothing came but a wash of death

I now know what I fought for
I fought for the chance to tell you how I feel
But I failed you than
Now I know that I must go on
