Yeah If I could choose one it would be meph. But usually have to do more than 1, especially with temp bans if you go too fast.

My Mf runs are Meph,Andy, then I do key runs. Baal takes too long, and pindle you can only get to if you haven't killed nihalthak.

You could throw in an eldritch + shenk into that run set. They're super easy to get to and quick to kill.

I'd say the Pit (high lvl items), Hell Meph (for lots of uniques) Hell Andy (for sojs), and Eltritch.

BTW: If you completed the Nihltathek quest and still want acccess to Pindle, just becareful to not activate the Halls of Pain WP. If you don't, the red portal will still be there. Unless you want to kill Nihtalthek, Pindle might take a little longer to get to.

I used to MF for days straight, this was erm ... 1.09 ish timeframe, pindle was dropping windforces back then, but you couldn't kill niahle... whatever his name is, so i voted for pindle based off of my experience.

the best place to mf, kinda depends on what you are looking for... as far as easy kills, and decent drop ratio, pits are good... diablo runs are good... ive found the most good stuff doing these... baals minions hardly ever drop anything decent for me... but i have found good stuff from baal himself... meph and andy are decent... ive found good rings and ammys doing trav runs... and pindle isnt as good as he once was... but still worth doing.... i usually kill countess, pit, andy, trav, meph, diablo, thak, pindle, eldritch, shenk, baal

If you dont have tele, do A5 Frigid wp 2 uniques, Countress (rune drops, key trade), pindle, trav group, andariel, meph.
If you do have tele and can manage it, the best is Countress (rune drops), Andy(SoJ), Diablo(runes/most drops), Baal(runes/any drops). If you take a long time to switch games, you may want to add in meph, pindle, A5 frigid groups, duriel, summoner, nith (wear natures peace, and lots of life. merc can kill u). I don't bother with the pit because its not enough kills quick enough for good rune rates and the item drops are found on the others anyway.
If you have tele but you lack power, Countress, Mephi, Andariel. (hell). Or nightmare meph/travical if your desperate. A lot of good nightmare-lvl items are found there, like viper/HoZ, guardian angel... And honestly, its better to throw away your mf for power and spam hell countress if this is where you are.
