i think it should be ok to smoke it.ciggreles cause over 3 driffent cancers.beer causes liver problems and it kills your biarn.weed just cause lung cancer sumtimes. studies show that 3 out of 10 ppl get lung cancer from it.while ciggreles 7 out of 10 get lung cancer,mouth cancer,beast cancer.

7 out of 10. Those numbers seem inflated. Why should marijuana be looked on at such a high note? Ah, who am I kidding. To think that I can win an argument with the prodigy of the Baby Boom generation. Most of your parents did it and some of them still do it. All you hear from them are the reasons why it should be legal. I think ciggarretes are terrible and should be illegal. One problem though, they are VERY VERY helpful to the economy. Marijuana doesn't have to be used as a pain killer because there are other alternative drugs that are being used.

1. No one has ever died from use of this drug.
2. It has shown to cause lung cancer later on in life.
3. Ciggarettes do this, and also containe nicotine, which is far more addictive.
4. It is just as dangerous to drive while drunk (over the limit) as it is to drive while stoned.

Alcohol, and Ciggarettes are both legal drugs, so why is this drug not? Obviously it should not be smoked in public places, but should it be illegal?

Anyhow, sorry to everyone else. I lowered myself to a level I won't do again. Why shouldn't marijuana be legal if ciggarrettes are? This was a question that brought me much consideration. But, believe it or not, as evil and disgusting and harmful as they are, ciggarretes are a huge source of income for the economy and would really hurt it if they were banned. That's thousands of jobs being thrown down the drain. Marijuana doesn't have the same stronghold and I don't want the cousin of ciggarretes (marijuana) to be another problem that we deal with. It isn't something you guys can't totally disagree with I hope...
