"failed to join the game" help

I gat the "failed to join the game" error since 2 weeks ...don't have a clue what the problem could be...anyone halp pls...PS in the 2 weeks i could join a game once..but with much lag!!!

Same here it's been a nightmare. Idk why but it locks characters out 4 like 15 min. sometimes.

Check firewall program for ports opened/closed.

One of my friends had his barb doing this for like 3 days I think you should just wait it out.

It is probably due to sever stress. When the server gets overloaded, they have to boot so many people to prevent it from crashing. It is an automatic safety precaution and the reason you probably can't join any games could be due to the fact that there are so many other people trying to join. You could reinstall, don't know if it will help though.

It happens to me a lot too lately. I find if I sign in on one of my other accounts (I have a lot) I can still play. It usually passes after a night or so for me.

I agree with the server stress, but I don't think reinstalling will help. I could be wrong though. Usually when I get FTJed I can log on a different account (or just another character) and be able to join with that other character.

If one of my chars gets tagged I can just get another for a few minutes...but a while back I was having A LOT of trouble getting into games so i re-installed and it helped but idk if it will help you or not so... I'd give it a shotrolleyes:

if this helps sometimes this happens to west ladder to one of my charaters it cant join or create any games it keeps failing i switch to another character and that can usually make a game, then i switch back to the character that cant join or create and it usually lets me after that.
