4 Wire cords & Phone Cords

one of the computers in my house isn't connected to the internet, and seeing as how i am out of Ethernet cables, is there any way i can hook this computer up using a 4 wire cord or phone cord?

I suggest you buy another cat5 (Ethernet) cable. Not like they expensive, maybe 10 bucks?

you can use a USB cable if your modem/router has a USB out port

Sorry, but im trying to connect 2 computers to each other, it works with an ethernet cable (tested with a friends). could i connect the 2 comps with a usb cable?

wait.. connect two computers directly to each other? the cable you used was probably a special cable called a cross over cable..
and i would give you my cat-5 cables.. i get them for free. lol

could if you find a hub to connect an ethernet (one of the existing) to the usb hub and expand it to the others. but make sure its made for internet use. we have one that is for ethernet and 3 for usb since the older gaming computers dont have ethernet on them. sadly enough, we have too many of them on 2 routers...not counting the xboxes, 360s and the ps2s.
