Public Dupeing gone

Rumors say, that blizzard has patched the servers tonight. and that resulted in that duping cant be done anymore.

i can confirm , it's fixed.
blizzard shut down all servers in all realms yesterday night and they fixed the public dupe method.

if you cast bonewalls+meteor with your necro\sorc you will get C/I in less then 30seconds......

no lag = no desync = no dupe , it's fixed

Yeah, 15 minutes of casting Bone Wall, and no C\I. I don't know if this is regular, but my ping is topping 500 after all this, just with bone wall. I bet the lag is reduced though.

Will update if I find anything unusual happening.

Update: Town is gone. It dissapears when I go in it. Also have about .2 frames per cast, which is like 5 bone walls per second or something.
Update2: I can still join the game. And my bonewalls don't dissapear now.

Well, I'm done wasting my time. I'm convinced that it isn't fixed.

What realm are you guys coming from?

Seems as though the dupe is fixed on Europe Realm. Meissner and Aperol are both in the Europe realm. Hopefully this means UsEast, UsWest (IDC about them, they act stupid..), and Asia will also get the fix.

For real is it fixed? It seems unlikely that Blizzard would do anything for us lowly D2 customers. I nave no necro or sorcy set up for it so I can't test for myself. Can we get a yes or no from a mod or a vet whenever you confirm it please?

I'm a huge fan of duping...And I gotta say, I'm relieved... I made 5 full mules with everything I need and gonna start playing legit again. Mass lags in games are starting to decrease which is a good indication that duping was a major factor for bnet being screwd up. I'm actually enjoying the game right now! Duping was so addictive I didn't even play the damn game, just working on how to dupe better and trading. Have fun, everyone, sure there are tons of duped runes/items out there that's gonna poof leading us to a diablo 2 stone age but that's actually a GOOD thing. I wanna inform everyone that there is still a closed duping method which I kinda hate but at least it will provide us with some decent items

And I'm confirming that no matter what I tried I couldn't dupe today in Europe... HOWEVER I'm not 100% sure it is "fixed". You see in Europe there was this little glitch. You could RARELY dupe from 1am to 9am. I did it once or twice but CIs would happen most of the time. This looks ALOT like that thing, so I'm not sure if they "fixed" it or the "glitch" got extended. Don't even know if blizz knows it.
