Can Nightmare count drop Um?

I dunno if this is the right place to start this thread...mod shift this if it is wrong...
So...my title explains everything...can it or cannot?
A lot of people in bnet gives me diff answers...so i cant make sure...
i dun wanna do nm count countless times until someone tells me...hey u idiot!Nm count cant drop Um!

find the lvl req. for an um rune.
then find the mlvl of countess in nm.
then see if the rune is under her lvl.
if it's over it, then you have to do hell runs.

Hell Countess: Um Rune 0.069697%
There's your odds.

hmm...means nm do drop...i am doing a small rune runs...bored and nothing to do....haven get to hell yet...(pally)
