so im reading guides for a hammerdin
and for dex it says enough for max block does that mean enough for max block with the holy shield? or enough for max block without holy shield. *and max block is 75 right? thanks

Enough with Holy Shield, of course. Usually, it's fine if you just put 1 point into the skill, since %to block does not increase after skill lvl 14, which you should acquire with all gear. Extra defense that you get from further points in the skill is unnecessary.
