You'll have more luck with Mephisto getting the Skullders and Oculus. I think you'll have to go to Pindle to get Tal's Amulet though. Try trading it.

well that was alot of help 4 me pindle in hell right?

my tal ammu jot jaked alot of times(so i make a new charas and get it 2 hell and take the rune and trade it 4 tal ammu)

You can find Tals amy even from normal difficulty.

For god sake, where do you guys get your information:

Tal's Amulet: ILVL 26
Skullders: ILVL 50
The Oculus: ILVL 50

In Hell:
Andariel: Can't drop Armor or Weapon ILVL72 or higher, or any runes higher than Lo (#28).
Mephisto: Can't drop Armor or Weapon ILVL81, ILVL84, ILVL87, or ILVL90. Or Zod.
Diablo: Can't drop Armor or Weapon ILVL87 or ILVL90.
Baal: Can't drop Armor or Weapon ILVL90.
Pindle: Can drop anything he see's fit.
Basically in hell, anyone will drop what you need... Do Mephisto get the skullders and occy, then trade the tals amulet, and it's a b!tch to find.

normal mephisto can drop tals amulet because its ilvl 26. It was origionally a bug in the game file and blizz is just too lazy to fix it.

as to do with baal and pindle, i'm pretty sure mh is correct and baal can drop anything in the game

In 1.09, pindy was the most reliable sob in the game but in 1.10, they turned him into what i do in the toilet when i take strong medications when i get stuff like streap
