How many of you still play diablo. I honestly don't know why I keep coming back to this site as I haven't played diablo in year(s). I don't even post that much anymore but I still come here 'bout everday and read the threads (rarely diablo threads). I guess I never really have anything to say because I guess I feel like I don't belong anymore. Most the people I knew back when I was highly active don't seem to post anymore either. I mean where is Frogman. I guess it's because the many maturity of the members of most of the members is young. (This is no insult to anyone as it is just life.) I seem to have out grown the general age.

Anyways I want to hear all of your thoughts. So should I stay?

I personally think you have alot to offer this site and i for one would like to see you stay.

If people have suggestions to make the site more interesting for people that have gone off of diablo but still feel like posting here. let me know.

Im 16 in highschool and currently playing Diablo during the summer. I think we are all just got attached to the things we have done here in this forum.

Ok my thoughts..I love the site for the people not the game...never played it...at all.
I have come to know many here and I check up on them as people.

I got to know you a bit Siris,and I find you not only funny but intelligent and very knowledgable on things.

It would be a shame to lose you,because you have added a lot even though you do not play D2 anymore.

My love for this site is simple....we are a community and we help strangers as well as friends.

You do not HAVE to play D2 to love this place. You simply fall in love with all the people here,and like a "family" we weather trials and tribulations as any diverse personalities will cause.


Yet,like a family,we do not leave each other,and we come back because we care.

I agree with you that I don't play Diablo, and haven't for a while, but I continue to help where I can. This place gives me something to do in those odd moments where i have nothing to do.

Froggy is still around but does not post with regularity,neither does Spit. But in their defense they are busy a lot and always doing things. Half my PMs are me and Froggy exchanging information.

I watched people grow up here...as well as young people join...it is fascinating to see the posting styles change and how they mature.

@spit I think we could use something different to liven up the place for non diablo players; however, I don't have a clue as to what. Maybe the question should be put out there.

Reguardless what my join date is I have been around since late 03 (I believe). I think mt old account was deleted due to the fact I didn't really post. I have got to be the oldest vet around. (Just curious, but what does it take to become a legend anyways?)

Oh, yes I remeber. I was repping for good guides and such. Then left for training and came back and saw it was gone. I heard about repping wars and such. Heck, it seems physical rep count is gone. I remember having 30 some, but it says I am on a distinguished road again.

I remember suggesting a lotto be made but after it was It kind of blown out of proportion lol.

Oh, I thought that was ontopic. Since Pamela was saying how we are a family, but some people get really mean when they think somebody says something wrong. Sorry.

To be more on topic. I usually play Diablo during summertime. Now its almost over again. I look at most any threads and try to contribute on everyone. I really hope this forum can continue. Long live blizzsector. I still sometimes type d2sector.net. XD

I dont play D2, and lately I havent been posting anything other than some random spam and offtopic things. I still come here, as if this site was an old relative and I like check on him once in a while, to see how things are, you know?

And sometimes when you needa let some steam out, when youre feelin bored, when you wanna hear peoples opinions, you come here, cuz we got a good community here as far as i know.

True that there seem to be many children on the site, I'm actually 17 (oh my god the profile lies!) and even I feel like I'm either too young, or too old to be on here, sometimes because older people are complete idiots and feel so big going "oh youre all dumb kids you cant understand" while younger members feel so big like "even if im young I'm just as educated and intellectual as you!"

But the main reason I'm not active like I used to be: Life, work and realizing how precious time is.

I like this site/forum more than any other forums I've joined. I visit this site occasionally even though I don't post much. That pretty much sums it up.

I quit playing D2 awhile back, and quit posting in the D2 sections of this forum prior to that. To be honest though, idk why I even stick around, nothing really happens anymore, all the fun threads that cause drama and helped make this forum what it used to be are being closed and all we are left with are plain "Oh I thought it was funny too" or "I agree" threads.
I say stop banning the drama queens even if you hate them, or closing heated threads, they are what makes the forum fun. We can't have just factual threads, it kills the forum so much that everyone leaves.
If some of the newer mods would stop being so hard on everything (even though it's kind of lenient as it is, but from BzS standards) maybe members would enjoy it more. I'm not saying to just not give a shit and do nothing to reprimand members, but come on closing shit 50x a day and banning members at will is not healthy for the forums.

Wow. I don't know if I could have said it better myself. That is pretty much how I feel. There does need to be some sort of addition to this forum however I am way to tired right now to figure it out.
