Modem Error

hey ive have had that modem error mesage
Unable to connect to battlenet usually they only last a few hours but this one hasnt gone away for like 15 hours ny one help me out?

i even reinstalled it and its still not working

i reset the modem and it didnt work and hten i waited and reset my ip adress and walah cheers for the help nyway
