is there a program out there that is freeware and can delete any file? including those pesky "access denied" files.
US East L/NL-arowws4 arowws5 uber/organ runs for free. Free items too. Just ask. Must be member of this site.

I know an awesome one that helped me get rid of some stuff. GOTO Google and type moveonboot. Its a program that will delete a file u need when the comp boots before anything else does. Wonderful for "access denied" and "program in use can't delete." Btw it should be the first link that pops up.

You could always go into safemode (F8 on bootup) and remove it from there since it only runs the minimum in that mode.
