I am posting a MirageBot guide that i got from bnetdev.net but i am editing it and stuff. well if u need to DL it u can look at attacments un zip file then u run the EXE then open it up to get started.so im gonna tell u how to set it up and how to set up Triva files and Reward files.
Ok now there are 2 ways to set up how it will connect (BNLS or Hashes) i can only do Hashes for Starcraft so if u want Hashes u put Storm.dll Starcraft.exe or just starcraft(picture of a wraith) and battle.snp in the binaries file if there is not one name a file Binaries then make a folder in there called STAR. if u dont want to use hashes here is how u do it:
Configuration Method: BNLS -- Battle.net Logon Server
Battle.net Server: the server u play on
BNLS Server: pyro.no-ip.biz (this one seems to work for me when i want to use BNLS)
Account: just put the ACCT name ur gonna log into here
Password: the pass to the account above
New Password: i dont use this just if u want to change ur pass
Product: the game ur gonna want the bot on
VerByte: dont really need one of theese but below is a list of them:
Stacraft VerByte=D1
Brood War VerByte=D1
WArcraft Bnet Edition=4F
Diablo 2=0C
DIablo 2 LOD=0C
Warcraft3=16
Warcraft3 TFT=16
CD Key: the cdkey to the game ur using if u get DC'ed after 2 mins on SC switch to Hashes. theres a cd key manager that u put ur cdkeys in and when u want to change the current cd key there will be a drop down that has all the saved ones in it.
Home Channel: the channel u want the bot to go into after u log in.(it will log into a public one first then the one u selected there is a favorite channel list so u can just go there)
Registration: i just put this on do not register i dont wanna register my acct more than likely my bot will not forget my pass or i will just make a new acct but u can if u want to and under it is where u enter ur E-mail.
After u did all of this click save setting then u are ready to connect if u entered all of this properly just go to bot> connect or click F2
Now for trivia is quit complicated unless u were to read all of the trivia help post on BNetDev.net so ill just put all of them together to help u out.
So first off to get to the file u put the questions in u go to
C:\Documents and Settings\(what ur comp is nicknamed example, OWNER\Application Data\MirageBot\Trivia\Questions for rewards u go to REWARDS instead of questions. so go to the link below this if its just words copy and put in a note pad and name it questions alright go to tools > folder options > view > and then click on hide extensions for file names if its checked if not leave it. now back to that questions file and name it questions.trivia and this stick it in the trivia file. now go to that questions file and click replace and change the * to | so MirageBot can read it for rewards it has to be = now to set up rewards file u gotta make ur own so it will be like for example 5 = $5 and then name that (something).rewards or reward now u should have u bot running pretty good by now ill put up attachments of the rewards and trivia files when i get home cya hope this works for ulaugh:laugh:
in the trivia and reward file is just samples make ur own, dl the old veebers and then put it in there or station 55
