Good wand for white/bone necros

Well, I was mfing and found a normal wand that read:

+3 Bone Spirit
+2 Bone Spear
+2 Bone Prison

The white Runeword Adds:
[SIZE=-1]Hit Causes Monster To Flee 25%
+10 To Vitality
+3 To Poison And Bone Skills (Necromancer Only)
+3 To Bone Armor (Necromancer Only)
+2 To Bone Spear (Necromancer Only)
+4 To Skeleton Mastery (Necromancer Only)
Magic Damage Reduced By 4
20% Faster Cast Rate
+13 To Mana[/SIZE]

So for a Bone Necro, this wand would give:

+3 Poison and Bone Skills
+3(6)Bone Spirit
+4(7)Bone Spear
+2(5)Bone Prison
+3(6)Bone Armor
+0(3) Teeth
+0(3) Bone Wall
________________
+4 Skeleton Mastery

The (X) numbers are what the bonus would be with the +Poison and Bone Skills. When making a runeword, the effects of the normal item are added onto the runeword (which is why 15%ed superior items are best for runewords etc). Would this wand be possibly better than another item a necromance could get? I mean, as far as +skills, it seems like it would be amazing. The wand I found is the absolute best for this runeword (+3+2+2 is max I think for +skills on wands). I'm really hoping this wand could be great.

Give me your imput. Would this wand be worth anything on UsEast SC Ladder?

So, a perfect Boneshade would have 1 more synergy point than my white, but my white would still have +2 more Bone Spirit. Not mentioning that chances of every skill on a boneshade being perfect is highly unlikely, more skills to bone spirit would probably result in more damage.

EDIT: It's an exceptional wand with a MAX of 2 sockets, so I'm pretty sure that it would receive both sockets.

You CAN'T make a runeword on a unique item, even with the right runes/sockets required.

The same goes to magical/rare itens.

The best shot to runeword on class-itens is to find the best +skills combo. +3PnB +3BSpear +3BSpirit is the best possible, even on normal-type wands.

Oh, sry... i thought that u made +skills from white to boneshade. My bad.

A good thing to remember is that synergies works only with hard points invested. So, in the end, only +skills on Spear/Spirit would matter.

Really, I never knew that (and apparently the person I sold it to didn't either). What about +all skills? Does a spell receive synergy bonuses from +skills. Like would +3 all sorc skills do more for a blizz sorc than say +3blizzard?

Actually no, because is +3 to blizzard in both cases.

But a +3 to glacial spike does not add damage to blizz. Only a hard point on GS would add syn bonus to blizz.

A good example is bone armor... 1 pt in bone armor and pump hard points in synergies enough because +skills add to bone armor itself already, but a wand with +3 in bone wall do not improve bone armor.
