I know the girl kicked the shoe at the guy, but damn! I don't see how he can possibly be innocent after I looked at that video. I mean really, it's not like she was trying to gouge his eyes out or anything; she was practically harmless.

She probably deserved it. Was definitely harsh though, cops should be able to deal with whatever dumb things people say.

this isnt acceptable, the police should be shot for doing that. ytthe police need some self control, if they flip out cause they got a shoe barely landing on them, then their personal lives must be shitty.

He went overboard but it was her mouth that incited the whole thing.Just like in the Rodney King case all the evidence is not shown.

If you knew the story you would also know she was a typical teenage,arrogant ***** that ran her mouth for a few hours.
What she did was basically spitting on them...the authority figures that caught her.

Cops have to deal with absolute morons all day long. It's incredibly difficult to keep your cool and some people just need to be shut up. I've personally been pulled over by a cop with a pineapple up his arse, but I can only imagine the kind of day he's been having. I was pissed but his actions were totally legit, although quite aggravating how he did it.

Amen..at least there are some SANE people in the world that can see both sides of an issue. She spent several hours verbally harrassing them..AFTER being caught in an illeagal activity.
Being 15 does NOT give you free reign to trash not only your elders,but the people your sorry ass would CALL if your also crook boyfriend started hitting you.
Her age has less to do with it than her actions and motivations.

What makes this really sad is there are a few cops that will abuse their privileges. Like anything though, and even if the girl deserved it and personally I would of done the exact same, the cops will probably get in serious trouble thanks to the media, as usual.

some people just choose to let their anger rule them, i dont. if that girl was actually doing that to me id be a lot kinder or at the very least ingore her, but not beat her up to shit.

Maybe now Math, try it for a few years, try seeing the shit they see and abuse they take over the years. I know what you're saying. I'm patient as well. I probably would of shoved her against the wall and yelled in her ear. It's different being in their shoes. Everyone thinks it's so easy to keep your cool, until you're there.

School is nothing, compared to the real world Math. If some girl is going to harass and threaten me, and kick a shoe at me etc for a few hours, I'll make her shut up, boohoo she got some hair pulled and a smack in the face. You'd be amazed at how hard it is to take someone into custody when they're kicking and screaming. If they've done something wrong, they NEED to be taken care of. Whether they like it or not. Sometimes it's all you can do.

Well one thing you'll come to learn is it's impossible to keep yourself happy AND everyone else @ the same time. Good to be patient, but there's a point where if you keep keeping everyone else happy it's going to me more and more difficult to keep yourself just as happy. It takes it's tole and there are far to many ingrates and greedy people.
