My Mf Hammerdin build.

Stats.

Str: Enough to wear gear.
Dex: Enough for max block.
Vitality: rest into here.
Energy: None.

Skills.
Blessed hammer: 20.
Concentraiton: 20
Vigor: 20
Blessed aim: 20

Other skills.
Enough points into Holy shield for max block.
the rest of your skills can go into smite, or the other resist auras.

Gear.

Shako: Um'd.

Mage plate enigma.

Gull dagger: Ist'd.

Hoz: Um'd

Arach.

Magefist.

War traverlers.

2xsoj, or fcr rings. your choice.

Maras.

Switch: Cta, Lidless. or spirit if you can get one.

For your inventory. Your going to want a Gheeds, mf Sc's. pally torch if you can get, and an Anni.

Merc Gear!

Weapon: Eth insight cv.
Armour: Eth Ap fort.
Helm: Dream.

This build can do any run you want it to. I kill all bosses and can do all Magical monsters I can find. Some people say to use a hoto other then a gull dagger, I don't see why, an extra 130% is worth a 2k damage difference right? I think so. sure it might take another 30 seconds to kill the boss. big whoop. I've gotten great drops with this and it works out amazingly. Please, No negative comments and I hope you enjoy the drops you get with this. rolleyes: If you have any additions to this, please post them.

looks good for the most part but i have to say it looks like you are slackn a lil bit on fcr. what do you do to make up for it?

Works just fine for me.. I use 2x Fcr with Mf.. People fail to understand this isn't supposed to be for warp speed. It's a Mf build. It Gets you the good drops you want. If the build works, which this one does. It's not slacking anything.

Not to post-necro or anything but...

Better to go Hoto / Spirit and get the next fcr bp / dmg / FHR. Shako can then be ist instead of Um, and cs's can have mf / life / resist as needed. If your thinking about time vs mf drop...
10 mf runs of the act bosses only could net you potentially 50-60 boss/high mob drop chances right? With say, 600mf?
You will get fewer items dropped, with fewer uniques/rares/sets. However, intensities will generally be higher-end.
Also, less likely to find nonmagic socketed items due to high magic-lvl chances.

The same time could net you 30 runs with the right bp/dmg, around 150-180 drop chances. With say, 400 mf.
You will get more item drops, with more uniques/set and more importantly more rune drops (as these dont use mf)
Still finds decent nonmagic socketed items.

Addittionally, the switch is higher resists, near defense levels (slightly less probably), and lets your Hdin function as a Smiter much easier (just switch gloves and you can do Ubers)
