newest/best Mephisto Moat script?

I've been googling for hours now and I've only found 1 meph moat script that works (kinda) I've been successful 1/5 times (chickening)

Is there a new one out or does anyone have one that works well?

I understand that this has probably been asked like 1000's of times. But all of my google skills have been exhausted and i typed in MOAT in the search bar and came up with nothing.

What exactly is "MOAT"?

IF you are chickening, tell the bot to skip the council members, as they pack quite a punch and are near-impossible for a sorc w/o Infinity or BOTD merc with Ral'd Andys helm.
