Go to your Diablo 2 Folder and find the file ignorelist -> If it's not there, go in-game and Type /FilterMSG www

Open it with Notepad. Paste the Content found in "Code" Section
Save it.

Start Diablo. When in-Game, type /ignorepersist

Some of these will disrupt gameplay when you say "Next game is rushme1 /// 1" as the "///" will be blocked.

Also, the more words you add to a filter, the better the chance will be of you not blocking a real player's message.

i followed everything here but when i got to save the ignorelist it wont let me save.
i get an error msg like this: Cannot create the c:\program files (86x)\diabloII\ignorelist file. make sure that the path and file name are correct.
Can ne1 help me pls?!?!?

have you checked in your d2 folder and make sure there is a ignorelist file there and that is the one you are opening and pasteing into it and then save that file
you will have to use like notepad to open the file to add to it - let me know if you need any other help
