Challenge: MF Enchantress Script

Hello there guys,

I'm new to these new programming things and I'm having a little bit of trouble in configuring right my character.

My character is an enchantress. Not the enchantress just of the kind of giving enchant to others but also kill stuff and do some damage. I also use Dream on the sorc.

My questions are:

- Since My sorc can be called a melee character, how do I make her kill stuff? I'm having some kind of error where she is close to the boss she was about to kill, then an error occurs saying failed to kill boss or whatever, she makes a teleport and moves on just to have the same error on the next target.

- How can I make my sorc to, also, precast enchant both on me and on my merc?

for what you need to do is download etal bot it has the enchant and the other stuff you what your bot to do
for it to fight you need to set what skills you use

I downloaded the etal bot as you sugested and i thought i had it ready for a spin just to test it out (didnt configure the items i want t to cath yet). Unfortunatelly I got an error when opening D2: "UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS VIOLATION (c0000005)"

I don't know if it has something to do with the "The Config Check", since I went to that file but things were completelly different from wiki and I didnt changed anything...

Hope you guys can help.

try running it in win xp mode and also might have to do as adim mode to
and which ver of etal did you get?

Already tryed all those options.
I downloaded this one: D2NT GVEtal Bot V5

you need to get this - TortoiseSVN - Downloads and install it then restart your computer and then right click on your etal folder and you will see SVN Update click on it and it will update your bot to the up to date trunk etal then use your new files to set up your bot

That worked.

Now i configured everithing and I'm running the bot and it says that I need to edit the "ConfigCheck.ntj". I go to that file and I have no Idea on what to do there.

Help please.

ok in your char config file close to the top you will see this line - NTConfig_Script.push("ConfigCheck.ntj"); you need to put // in front of the line like this
//NTConfig_Script.push("ConfigCheck.ntj"); that will take care of that one and if you didn't set this - NTConfig_FreeSpace = 0; you will get another msg saying so and you will get one if you didn't set your skills also

Now it is working but to raise my character effectiveness I need my bot to also precast enchant both on me and my merc. I went to "NTPrecast.ntl" and I can see something there that says "enchant" but I have no idea how to edit that to achieve my goal (precast enchant both on me and my merc)

Sorry I was mistaken. The bot actually does enchant on my merc. But I would like for the bot to do enchant on myself as well because my attacks are melee.

are you sure the bot doesn't enchant you to - I will have to check and see if I have a char and test it
