no allow me elaborate. this guy named jimmy was in the episode and he is an athlete who wears goofy looking shoes that help him jump higher, so he gave a pair to kramer. Then kramer went to the dentist cause he had a cavity, so the dentist pumped him full of freezing so he started to drool quite a bit. when he got out of the dentist and hailed down a taxi, with the shoes and the drool this guy thought he was handicapped lol
