Best shield with CTA?

Hey everyone, not to be wicked dumb or anything, but what's the best shield to use when your BOing with your CTA?

lidless wall, it has faster cast thats why

Wouldn't you want something like Sigons though because it gives you plus one to all skills?

Oh yeah. Just being stupid :-P. No shields have anything like +2 to all skills though do they? I know they have like +2 to all paladin skills (hence HoZ).

yeah but if its +2 to paladin skills then it isnt going to raise your bo cause bo isnt a pally skill

Yeah, that's why I bolded 'all'.

But what about if a shield had like +2 to all barb skills? I don't know if there is any, but if there was would it actually work since BO is a barb skill, just being used on a pally?
