how do i get these downloads to work?

i cant get any of these downloads to work. i dont know how to change the shortcut or something. the files are not recognized by windows..omg its frustrating

is there a readme that comes with them; if there is try reading them and following the steps.

if your trying to make a shortcut onto ur desktop just right click on the file u want a shortcut of. Press "create shortcut". Cut the "shortcut to (file you want)" and paste it onto ur desktop. PM me if you need any other help or the problem you have is not about shortcuts.
