its exactly what it says, basically you type what you want in it, and hit Post Quick Reply, it makes it so you dont have to go onto a new page to post a reply

it just makes a short reply wihtout using any really Technical buttons and crap onyl use advanced wehn ur gonna make somethign reallly big
