Diablo 3? Will it come?

One of my friends said that Blizzard was thinking of making D3 but I'm not sure if it's true or not. Did anyone else hear about this?

I haven't heard about it but if there is it won't be until they finally finish Ghost and World of Worcraft

They aren't making D3, the programmers weren't payed enough so most of them left...

However, the ones that are still there are working on another D2 Expansion.

I wish I only had 1 year till graphics work but no!!! I need 4! sigh... I wouldve worked on it....

IF and only IF They want to make d2 better, It will be in form of a patch, expansion i think. but just most likely a patch, An expansion would cost to much. And i think WoW And starcraft ghost will cost them heavily.

well i think im gonna move on to warcraft anyways and D2 will never make D3, theres way to many hacks and they wont be able to deal with it, espeically if D3 did come out it would be like D2's 08 hacks galore

not really, they'd have the same hack protection or whatever you'd like to call it as they would for 1.10, i think they would make another diablo 2 expantion or best a d3, maybe once star craft ghost and world of war craft have settled in

As long as they make a patch to fix the bugs that ARE really screwing up this game it will be great. I think they said they won't be making Diablo 3 but will keep up to date protection with D2 and hopefully fix the glitches...

Wtf are you talking about? 4 years until what graphics work? Also...THEIR mother and father...haha a novel idea. They could just scratch the whole name and come out with a whole new line of Diablo-like games. Use the same elements, just switch to mythology or something. It might be pretty cool if they stuck with the same hellish theme (Hades, sheeiit like that) and kept a lot of cool items in there; they might even add new attributes (personally I think Blizzard is a pretty crappy company. I'd have my eyes on Bethesda Softworks if I were you though. They're bound to be thinking of groundbreaking developments any moment. They might do something like this.)
