those are fake mermans . the uniques are also fake :: look at necro head "horadrim skull [2]" the only way to have that "2" there is if u have mh, with socket viewing ability. wich to our knowledge, isnt out yet.
making unique items in an item editor isnt hard, just need the right program.

mermans is real. blizzard, like you, figured it was way too powerfull to be realesed atm, so they just didnt allow it to drop.
