ok, quick question.... i dont remember who, but someone not too long ago told me that if you put light facets in your trap claws, it doesnt help your trap damage. is this true? and if it is, what should i put in my trap claws instead??:confused:

It is true, and you should put shaels, setting traps count as attack speed i think, not cast rate.

Yea......Facets looks like if it adds but it doesn't...
Put shael's because it's 20ias each
IAS ----> You can set your traps faster .......

its a little glitch thing. u see ur dmg higher but it really isnt. its somethin about traps not coming from ur sin or something...i forgot. go with the shaels for faster trap seting

yes its a glitch that desperatly needs to be fixed. put shaels or 15% resist 15% ias jewels in your claws to lay down traps faster, but teleport and (i think) mindblast rely on your casting speed.

um only teleport.. all of assassins skills that r THEIR OWN lik from the stat pt page needs IAS .. since assassins lay them not magically appear .. IAS makes them lay faster traps, or w/e they use.. so teleport is the only thing mostly an assassin that eneds fcr.. unless u dont use it..

Only the -to enemy resistances work when you use facets on a trapper. Since traps are minions, damage is not added, but the damage your enemy takes is increased. Get it?

FINALLY, somone who knows how to make a good trapsin claw. My trapsin has perfect gear and usually ownz in duels, because fcr and ias will own. NEVER put facets in your claws, they do absolutely nothing. 15 ias 15 resist jewels are what i use and the pro's use, they allow you to set your traps way faster and allow you to tank other trapsins. Also if your poor, make a BOS sin, they are cookie-cutter, if your rich make a Fade sin, you get about 15 more points u can use, plus you get max res in hell.

Why 15 points for FADE instead of BOS????
I got a trapsin with 1point in fade and 1point in bos....
traps and synergys maxed
1 in claw block
all that at lvl77.........
( My claws gives 3traps 30ias / 3traps 20ias )
( I shael'ed one and FAL'd the other..... )
