How can i play whitout cd maby?

the d2loader can be found here too in downloads http://www.d2sector.net/downloads/pafile...egory&id=4

How to use:
1. Enter into your diablo2 directory.
2. For more security, make a backup of your exe file (copy to a folder).
3. Paste and replace Diablo II.exe file with existing.

To play without cd you must copy "D2XVIDEO.MPQ" and "D2XMUSIC.MPQ" to your Diablo II directory.


it should work without cd but idk im not usen this d2loader im usen my own private d2loader :laugh:

mine work without the cd cuz i previously copied the "D2XVIDEO.MPQ" and "D2XMUSIC.MPQ" for my 1.10 Loader a while ago.

all i did was unzip and paste the d2loader into dir.

I am continually getting "Conection Interupted" messages while playing, within approximately 30 seconds of joining/making a game. Im running the new loader, downloaded from D2sector downloads sections, ideas?

Grrrr. I keep getting an error message from that D2loader. I don't get how to use it. I extracted all the files from the v1.10 d2loader (Plugin folder, Diablo II.exe, etc.) then I downloaded the new v1.11 d2loader. After I extracted the new d2loader file into the dir, I loaded the game but I keep getting an error message after the startup screen. I guess one thing to note is that I am sure that the its loading the v1.10 d2Loader and not the new one.

So I guess my question is, what do I do with the new d2loader file (D2Loader-1.11.exe)? Do I just put it in my dir and click on it? Because if I do that, I still get an error message. Any help is appreciated.

edit nvm i just removed and readded a d2loader on frist post so now its 100% safe and no accts have been said to be lost before but yea and im a staff member so u got my word

if his frist post gets edited again don't download from it

edit: i was thinking if i can use those files from onlyers loader but use this 1.11loader in using 2 cdkeys.. i dunno if thats possible..

Bolong: I just set it up using the loader downloaded from here and onlyers cd key filler, and i'm on both my cd keys right now. So yea, its possible. Thanks for posting this d2sector people

edit - actually the char on my second key keeps timing out after a little bit in the game. My original cd key stays in games fine so i'm not sure if this is related to the current b.net game creation issue or something else.

second edit - okay it's definitely not a 'b.net issue'. I tested leaving my second cd key char in a game while i wasn't using my first cdkey. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and there were no problems. As soon as I logged on to another char using my original cdkey, I got connection interuppted about 30 seconds in to the game.

So either I did something miserably wrong when setting up the cdkey(don't think so) or they patched the multiple key on same computer 'issue'. I'm not an expert so I don't know. If anyone else wants to test this out go for it and lemme know if it works.

What about that .exe file? How come its only a program? Nothing come with it?

Edit : Nvm... I scanned tha file. Nothing in it... just copy the loader to your folder and then double click to play.

update on the connection interrupted thing while using multiple cd keys: as of now to avoid your second cd key getting booted from the game the current solution is this:

copy all of the contents of your diablo2 folder to a new folder(name it whatever you want)

in your second shortcut, the one in which you will be using -mpq cdkey.mpq, just path that to your new folder. For some reason or another this allows you to play in multiple windows without getting connection interrupted. I don't know the logic behind it, (probably if b.net sees you have 2 instances of d2 running which were accessed from the same path or something...i don't know) but using this method you can run in multiple windows hope this helped someone that was having the same problem as I was!
