I am so disappointed with the new uniques and runewords. I stoped playing d2 in may, then i just heard about the new patch and i was excited so i researched it. But after seeing everyhintg, i think tha im gonna stickto WOW still.

Some of the new runewords are pretty cool, especially for bow users, and some of the new armor/shield runewords are nice, but some of them, especially for weapons that give you aura's kinda taken away from then, especially ones like Pride and Infinity that give you Concentration and Conviction.

Thankfully they only work on Poleaxes though, so only Merc's will really be seen with them, and they are very hard to make.

Yes they are pretty good for mid-level chars. Some people cannot afford +2 skiller armor such as enigma's, valor, chains of honor.. etc. They are really good armors if you just started playing diablo especially in ladder. Its a good replacement to for the +1 skiller armor such as the vipermagi and the uniq ancient armor that i forgot.

Unique ancient armor is "Silks of the Victor". However, I personally couldn't be bothered to make one of the new runeword armors. Sure, the extra skill point would be nice, but i'm rocking an upped perfect vipermagi I magicfound all by my lonesome, along with my two stones of jordan and my perfect wartravs... ok, i was bragging. Really, though, nothing except higher mf can touch the fcr and allres that vmagi gives you, and if you spend the lem/ko rune, you get 600 more defense. I'm not even going to reference the runeword for sorc, because i'm sure it requires some wicked terrible rune, plus, of course, a 3sock armor that isn't the weakest, and it still won't have 30 fcr +allres +24mf (ptopaz loser aqui). If you want to pimp your characters, make a coldsorc, and start roughing every boss there is (except duriel, finding him is lame without mh, and i'm not going to support mousepad until i make sure there is no easymap fiasco part deux)

Sorcs rule your mf world. You can have no friends, no skills, and no equipment. if you get rushed/baal'd to hell level 70+, if you can't mf nightmare, just drag your a** out back and shoot yourself.

edit: don't get all upset and tell me how great mousepad is, i just used c3po instead. If mousepad doesn't cause a blizzard upset, he'll get a lifelong advocate and another donation. He earned it.

i think the effects after teh skills were poorly matched to the classes like the barb armor is a joke, the sin armor is kickass for a smiter allows u not to need fanta cause u can break all ias bp's makes u a more valuble party player if properly designed a team of dins can have uber damage def res and recoveries

well if that moonskull runeword is real that would be great diablo is missing a godly runeword for a helm as far as the other goes if u not that rich they will do u well especially the one for the necro which is nice +2skills and resistance

yea dude ive seen it but hell. if u were to get a circlet non-ladder i had to pay 14 sojs worth of stuff. BAH. and the circlet would just be cheaper to get..

meh i am shure they are cheaper now..
b/c really all we care about is the skills the cast rate and resist. plus other $$bling$bling$$ mods. roflmfao~

the bloodskull has better cast rate anyways so whateva. i can't wait to make one.
