Do u get better Items by having good Mf or by killing the bosses faster?

You get better items by the amount of MF you have.

combination of both. Good Mf is about 400%. If you go above that you sacrifice power for mf = slower boss killing = less drops overt time.

There is no "good" mf, that's just speculative bullshit, the more the better. The rate at which you kill bosses depends largely on your eq and your merc eq. It also depends which bosses you are planning to kill. My merc for example tanks Mephisto no problem therefore i don't have to worry about getting hit.
