new duping theory

ok well here's my theory. i got this idea from fuggle(lol good times). ok well drop 1 gold on the ground and completely cover all of act1. then this might create sustained lag while when people using the firestorm/torch method have to keep attacking monsters.then all you need to do is telek all the gold up then the game goes back onto the server and then lag it out again and dupe all over. this is the same method in the way of creating lag but i think creating lag this way is much better. also if it doesn't create enough lag just drop more in other acts(act3 big as hell try there). do you guys think this would be a good method of duping?

Wouldn't this take FOREVER? If not then it might be okay. I just think it would take too long to put a piece of gold all over the camp.

Use autoyou for gold dropping. I have also noticed you run into some lag if you are up by the palace mosques in act2

Wow seriously no lying i have tried this in act 4 cuz of all the fire around, i have dropped like 10000 gold on ground a.k.a covered the floor everywhere, then i entered with my summon necro and summoned a shit load of guys, then i brough in my paly with aura and then i bonewalled everywhere and after 2 hours it kicked me out of the game when the lag because hure. AKA LAG DUPES DONT WORK

yes you could get a gold dropping bot. and if lag dupes didn't work then why would there even be a 1 gold dropping bot(i think idk). but i wouldn't summon golems with a necro. this is because with gold you could telek in up pretty fast where golems stay there.

Lag from gold = client side lag not server side, you wont rollback

Ok well heres wut i think of that, That could work me and my buddy coverd all of act 4 in gold and we lagged up like crazy we did it all by hand to just droppin 1 gold everywhere. It was really cool and yeah i think if u just drop some items somewhere then cover an act with all gold ud lag and eventually once u did somethin big enough to drop u then u would dupe ur items. And one cool thing is my d2 screwed over like i go into certain places in a4 or a5 i lag like crazy and its funny cause if i kill a monster i freeze and then sometimes i drop out of the game and i always go god damn cause if i drop an item id dupe it. well wut happend to my d2 was when i installed the exp vers it used to say the exp disc wasnt in and it was. Well i took another d2 disc and put it in there and it completed my installation. After the installation it said that i would have some technical difficulties or sumthin like that in my game. and i just needed to say those things so yeah..

no after you'd dupe once then you pick it up, reconnect the game to the server so you can rejoin and drop the gold to dupe again. but what was that Tyler.? we wouldn't rollback because its client side lag not server lag so we wouldn't rollback? is that true? but what's different from that and causing lag with the hellfire torch?

also, it doesn't take too long. me and fuggle and a few guys almost covered all of act1 between 30mins-1hour. you could probably easily make a bot to do this too, it's 3 steps: 1-hit the gold drop button in your inv, 2-hit the #1, 3-hit enter or click ok to drop the gold. a bot could probably do this pretty quick if you ask me.

Lag dupes are way to hard to get to work, you might as well just wait for the game to drop you out itself. You'll get the same results, NOTHING!
