why do people hate fat people

I normally dont have a problem with fat people...just the only one's that I normally find repulsive...are the middle aged---old , fat trailer trash looking women. More repulsed when the fat mother's rely on their 5 year old kids to do everything for them.

I guess i'm what you call "overweight" but i'm not MORBIDLY OBESE so if you call me that you can just find a high cliff and jump off it. I think i get it from my parents, who are overweight, because they have low metabalism. I excorsize everyday, play sports work my ass off and enjoy a little video gaming. However i feel some of your feelings when you say that you hate people that are lazy and don't get off there asses and get some ****ing excorsize, (keyboard, remote, and volume control doesn't count).

Thats just my view.

People may be fat because, they are depressed with things going on in their life. This is not low self-esteem, this is people not given a chance to get some friends. While they are depressed, they find happiness while eating.
This is not a case of "just eating a lot".

Yea, I agree. Some people cant get friends when they are fat. I have this kid in my school who is pretty big. Not humongous as like in fat fat. Hes just a bit chubby. I try to be his friend also. Its been going pretty well.

We shouldn't hate fat people. Many people eat so much because they feel bad and they feel better when they are eating. Also many people are eating to forget that they eat so much.Kinda strange but it happens. My uncle who is a doctor has said this to me. And many people also eat to forget the fact that they are fat () and that we (the slim ppl) make a joke of them...

i dont hate fat people.. i think they are not attractive but i dont hate them. its not always the "persons" fault, i forgot the name of that disease that always makes your brain think its hungry.. although u might have just eatin like a full size dinner... i saw this in the discovery channel btw.
