Dropping 3soc armor

HI, can somebody tell me which monsters or where has the most chance of dropping eth 3soc armor for enigmas? Thaknyou laugh:. Im having trouble buying them from people.

hell cows works for me...i dunno about anyone else.

Hell cows is good for socketed items, Hell is so that those Elite armors drop, and Pindle and Eldritch (running mm. bot) have provided plenty of those armors for me.

I have found lots from ancient tunnel runs. It has quite a few unique monsters and champion packs for such a small place. Plus, there in no cold immunes except for the occasional unique monster. Works great for blizz sorcs, even better with Frozen Orb.

bloody foothills and the neighboring areas... mmbot gets a ton doing shenk/eldritch/their minions. Are you east or wst?

if you find a good 0s archon or other type of armor, theres a formula(besides larzek) which can socket armor. so you have a 1-4 chance in getting 3os and if you get a 4os you can always resell it if its good enough. check areat summit cube recipes.

Hephesto and the act1 equivelent. Griswold too sometimes.

They typically drop white/eth/socketed elite items

Hmm I believe that every monster in diablo2 has the same chance to drop a 3 sockx armor. I dont think there are special places but i would suggest hell cows

higher level monsters=higher level items=good armor which is needed for enigma

I find alot of sick armors when I Glitch lvl.ppl. in Chaos. If you want a better chance of getting a white or plain socketed armor try backing off on your mf a bit.( Duh I know) But if you're looking for real godlies I would stay in acts 4 n 5. E.g. Vortex Shields and Sacred armrs..
