#1
I'm pretty iffy on it. I'm not sure yet if it's worth the 200 bucks or whatever they are charging. Any input as to wheather or not it's worth it?

Whether*

Well, I'll wait til I get some feedback from buddies first before emptying my pocket. It's not like they've stopped the XP shit yet, so I'm not very worried yet.

Regardless of what is said from here out I made my decision to not get it due to the fact that it logs and reports illegal activity.

Didn't you hear?
They passed a new bill that makes Microsoft above the law.
Why else would smaller competitors be found with broken arms?
Jef Raskin was smart and hired a bunch of dim-witted thugs to be his personal body guards, so he was pretty much safe until he mysteriously 'passed away' at the age of 61.
And Linus Torvalds is lucky in that his being is not one person. The name itself was a scramble of the first names of the Project Leaders of Unix. The true identity of these heroes were never revealed to the public, and probably won't be for the safety of their families. However, the Project was developed into a 'collective' which was far too vast for Microsoft to even scratch the edges of.
However, this does not stop 'Bill' to find the smaller fries.

Gayy so you cant get stuff from limewire and bearshare if you got vista? Also hacking in d2 is also "illegal" so we would all be reported.

O.K. plain and simple. Vista has a feature that allows remote operation of your PC via internet for "tech support" purposes. That in my opinion is B.S. and I refuse to trust it! Hell even XP shares some information from your computer to Microsoft. Laugh all you like but I still stand by 2000PRO for my purposes. I will only resort to XP or Vista when I am absolutely forced to do so. Honestly I might give up computers entirely when that happens...

Uh.. Phoenix that's not really new, Tech support has always asked you to do that, hell it's been around since like 2000. Ever heard of PCAnywhere? or GoToMyPC?
