hmmm..
if your going to build one purely for gaming, i definitely recommend the 10k rpm ones. decreases load time and in general would be way better.
oh btw, what OS you going to use?

Get a 16mb cache for your hdd, for gaming its proven the amd X2 is much better something like a 5000+ is cool and cheaper and ditch the two ati and get two gerforce 7600gt cards sli also proven to be a better buy.

The power supply is over board i have pretty much the same system and 600watt is more than enough(help to save money maybe go for 700watt)
Would still by say one sata II hdd with 16mb cache as these are not a problem to run as they don't suffer from raid problems as before the card is great although i am not a fan of leadtek products also hoping that you will go with sli'ing two 8800gtx otherwise stick to something that you can buy two of or hopefully that model will be around for awhile so you can by two.
Ram is great it what i am running

i think that sli-ing two 8800 woulld be over kill
hell, i think that even having one 8800 is overkill lol
well it just depends on your budget, and how hard core of a gamer you are

Don't listen to these fools. Don't do SLI, just use the one 8800 you have in mind right now. Benchmarks show it performs equivalently to 7900s running SLI and 1950s running CrossFire.
Also, that 5200 doesn't compare to a 6600 Core 2. Trust me, go Core 2, preferably 6600, if not 6400 still kicks that 5200's ass. Even the 6000 that was just released can't compete with the Core 2s yet.

Could you get a little better of a processor, I thought they made Core 2 Duo's with each core clocked at like 2-2.8 GHz. Rest is good, but don't fill those hard drives up with porn now kk? You know you can get a 250 gb hard drive for like $80 bucks right?
EDIT: Nvm I just looked it up and I could only find Core 2 E6300's with that same processor speed, but I'd just go with AMD then.
