WoW PTR update: major item price changes, skill requirements changed

Don't look now, but here's the latest set of changes included in the current Public Test Realm build of Blizzard's World of Warcraft. The only thing we can say about it is that the developers have been doing more than their fair share trying to balance out everything for players to enjoy the game even more.

This batch of updates focuses heavily on the prices for many of the new item patterns sold by the Shattered Sun Offensive. There were also some new adjustments made to the skill requirements for items from the Sunwell Plateau.

Here are the specifics on the new changes implemented:

Classes changes

• Druid
  • The range of Cyclone has been reduced to 20 yards. (was 30 yards before)

Item changes

• Eldara Dawnrunner (Shattered Sun Offensive Quartermaster)
  • Alchemy
  • • [Recipe: Guardian's Alchemist Stone], [Recipe: Assassin's Alchemist Stone], [Recipe: Sorcerer's Alchemist Stone], [Recipe: Redeemer's Alchemist Stone] now costs 25 gold instead of 2. Total cost for all the patterns : 100 Gold. (95G Friendly / 90G Honored / 85G Revered / 80G Exalted). Respective reputation requirements are still needed.
  • Enchanting
  • • [Formula: Void Shatter] and [Formula: Enchant Chest - Defense] now costs 15 gold instead of 2. Total cost for all the patterns : 30 Gold. (28.5G Friendly / 27G Honored / 25.5G Revered / 24G Exalted). Respective reputation requirements are still needed.
  • Jewelcrafting
  • • [Design: Regal Nightseye] now costs 12 gold instead of 3.
  • • [Design: Ember Skyfire Diamond], [Design: Eternal Earthstorm Diamond] now costs 15 gold instead of 3.
  • • [Design: Figurine - Crimson Serpent], [Design: Figurine - Empyrean Tortoise], [Design: Figurine - Khorium Boar], [Design: Figurine - Seaspray Albatross], [Design: Figurine - Shadowsong Panther] now costs 25 gold instead of 6.25.
  • • [Design: Forceful Seaspray Emerald], [Design: Steady Seaspray Emerald], [Design: Reckless Pyrestone], [Design: Quick Lionseye] now costs 50 gold instead of 1.50. Total cost for all the patterns : 367 Gold. (348G Friendly / 330G Honored / 311G Revered / 293G Exalted). Respective reputation requirements are still needed.
• Shaani - Jewelcrafting Supplies

  • • The price of the 38 Epic Gems patterns sold by Shaani has been increased to 50 Gold insted of 1.50. Total cost for all the patterns : 1900 Gold. (1805G Friendly / 1710G Honored / 1615G Revered / 1520G Exalted). Respective reputation requirements are still needed.

Sunwell Plateau crafted item skill requirements

• The following Bind on Pickup crafted items from Sunwell Plateau had a profession skill requirement of 350 added. (Individual item screenshots not updated yet)
