1.10 zerk/frenzy barb

yet another guide made by /VystiÇAngel

i find that some ppl underestimate zerk, most ppl only use it as a "finishing move" that they mearly use 2 finish a highly weakend monster.

to make a nice frenzy/zerk barb u should....
1. max zerk
2.max frenzy
3.max a mastery of ur choice
4. 5 howl
5.10 double swing
6.10 shout
7.10 increased speed
8. ne xtra points into iron skin

the barb that results from this is very nice because the 2 main

skills, frenzy and zerk, add dmg 2 each other and the other skills

buff up each of the primary skills.i would put the mastery points

into sword mastery because zerk should b used with a 2 handed

weapon so the damage is higher, another reason 4 the sword

mastery is because there r many good swords 4 frenzy like a gf

or call to arms runeword sword, thus making it so u can put a

single sword on 1 slot and placing 2 on the other 4 frenzy. the

good thing about this is that u dont have 2 spread mastery

points so u can do more dmg. i also recomend hex resistance

charms 2 reduce the dmg u take from both physical and magical

dmg alike.good equipment 2 use is ias gear beacuse it alows u to

dish out ur dmg more quicky, this helps excpecially with zerk

because ur time is of value due 2 the fact that zerk hits 1

targeted enemy so u need 2 kill and kill fast.

that may b so but with the hexs the dmg u take will b very slim shile wut u dish out will win u the duel.

cant trust WW sometimes. it might set you up to a quick death. cause if they move and put plague java, trap or even a ranged attack they're screwed when they stop. then there's a high lvl iron maiden that would do it too.

Well, I think PvP is where you can't trust WW, But in some other cases WW is best you just gotta use it at the right time.

doesnt help with 1.10 since the barb stops and spins again when attacked. they added a pause in the WW. and its heck if your in a bonewall and under iron maiden.

zerk when used drops defense and resists in 1.10. defense drops to zero so you have no defenses when it swings, making you open for a quick kill. frenzy can be stoped with an aura or a curse no prob. best to make a frenz/howling barb.

depends on if you can get close enough to hit them. or if they let you hit them when they have thorns on or ironmaiden casted on you.

1. simply use leap 2 get close
2. zerk is a magic attack so madien dont work

maiden works on zerk. maiden only doesnt work on missile attacks. leap keeps you open for attack when you have to click on the spell to use it.

in 1.10 leap pauses for a moment. with that moment they can use a high lvl attack and do a half life attack or a 1 hit kill.

the new druid helm. when turned in werewolf form the pause in ww vanishes. so try werewolf form then use WW. for a triple shot attack, use a sword in 1 hand and a legendary mallet in the other. computer source in the game will automatically do a 50/50 ds/cb without having ds or cb. its one of the bugs in beta Rolleyes
